The Bayview Beach Neighborhood is located in the Northern part of the City of Norfolk, bordered by Ocean View Avenue on the North, Pretty Lake on the South and East, and Chesapeake Boulevard on the West. Many of the homes in the neighborhood are from the 1950s and 1960s.
The neighborhood public schools are Norview High School, Northside Middle School and Oceanair Elementary School.
Single family homes range from $190,000 for 1500 square feet to $280,000 for 2000 square feet.
