The Cradock neighborhood is located in the Southeastern part of the City of Portsmouth, bordered by Portsmouth Boulevard on the North, Victory Boulvard on the South, U.S Route 17 on the West, and the Elizabeth River on the East. Many of the homes in the neighborhood are from the 1910s and the 1950s.
The neighborhood public schools are Woodrow Wilson High School, Cradock Middle School, and James Hurst Elementary School.
Single Family Homes are $125,000 for 1400 square feet and $185,000 for 1800 square feet.
