The East Beach Neighborhood is located in the Northeastern most part of the City of Norfolk, bordered by the Chesapeake Bay on the North, Little Creek on the South and East and Shore Drive and Ocean View on the West. East Beach was developed as a planned community in 2005 and was the site of Homerama 2005.
The neighborhood public schools are Lake Taylor High School, Azalea Gardens Middle School, and Little Creek Elementary School.
Homes for sale in the area ranged from $650,000 for approximately 2500 square feet to $1.2 Million for 4000 square feet, with several $1 million plus homes of varying square footage on the Chesapeake Bay.
