The Huntersville Neighborhood is located in the Central part of the City of Norfolk, bordered by 26th Street on the North, Princess Anne Road on the South, Monticello Avenue on West, and Tidewater Drive on the East. Many of the homes in the neighborhood are from the 1910s and 1920s, with a few new contruction homes being built.
The neighborhood public schools are Granby High School, Lafayette-Winona Middle School and Jacox Elementary School.
Single family homes range from $120,000 for 1000 square feet to $160,000 for 1500 square feet. New Construction starts at $200,000 for 1500 square feet
