The Pinewell Neighborhood is located in the Northern part of the City of Norfolk, bordered by Ocean View Avenue on the North, Ocean View Golf Course on the South and East, and Granby Street on the West. The neighborhood public schools are Granby High School, Northside Middle School and Ocean View Elementary School.
