The Port Norfolk Neighborhood is located in the Central part of the City of Portsmouth, bordered by the Elizabeth River on the North and West, and U.S. Route 58 (Midtown Tunnel) on the South and East. Many of the homes in the neighborhood are from the 1910s and 1920s.
The neighborhood public schools are Churchland High School, Churchland Middle School, and John Tyler Elementary School.
Single Family Homes are $200,000 for 1500 square feet and $325,000 for 3000 square feet.
